"Cut off dogs' tails" says LibDem MSP

LibDem MSP John Farquar Munro is reported today to be againt his own party's proposals to ban 'tail docking' or cutting the tails off dogs. He considers the amputation of tails to be 'humane'.

So why is the Bill being brought forward by his fellow LibDem Minister Ross Finnie?

Can the FibDems be against their own party policy again?

New definition of unanimous

The Fib Dems are proclaiming their decison at their weekly group meeting last night not to support a public inquiry into the McKie case as 'unanimous'.

If that's the case why was Mike Rumbles telling anyone and everyone today that the decison was not as unanimous as first thought???

McKie, or not McKie that is the question

Why is Ming the Merciless weighing into the Shirley McKie debate with a call for a public inquiry, while hapless Justice Spokesperson Jeremy Purvis says that a public inquiry is not needed?

Why on earth would one senior member of the party say one thing, and another say another?

Lies and the lying liars who tell them.....

LibDems tell lies.

I'm not sure exactly what this site will achieve, but at least it'll give me an outlet to get down in print what most people in politics believe.
