Nicol ‘who?’ Stephen's Amnesia Returns
It appears that Nicol ‘who?’ Stephen, the Deputy First Minister of Scotland has promised that the LibDems would mount a ‘major onslaught on red tape’.
Well Squealer seems to recall that Nicol has had quite a few years in which to do that. After all he was in charge of the Enterprise portfolio. I guess he is a bit forgetful. Or maybe it is just LibDem ‘hypocrisy taken to new heights’. Squealer certainly leans towards the latter. Looks like he's got a lot of work to do before May.
"I promise to do things that I could have done a real long time ago when I was in charge of those sorts of things. Serious. I will. Why are you laughing? Don't you know who I am!?"
